The Highland Council are looking for a service to assist in the development of a bespoke Highland model to be developed through a place-based approach to mentoring/coaching and engagement. This will include the development of a comprehensive support programme developing the new team of ‘My Future, My Success’ officers and a network of mentors. The Council requires a service that will provide a focus on the development of sustainable support for young people in Highland Region, bringing employers, partners, and education together in a professional, efficient accessible and mutually beneficial community.
