The South East Wales Waste Management Group are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide a waste paper collection service. The successful contractor will be required to provide suitable collection banks, sited at various locations within the boundaries of the member authorities, and provide a collection service on a weekly or as and when requested frequency.
