The Regeneration and Culture Dept of Monmouthshire County Council wishes to procure a service delivery partner to oversee and partake in the delivery of the Economic Development Function of the authority.Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a step change in the delivery of its economic development function. Bringing to bear the full weight of the business support available from the Welsh Assembly Government, the successful partner will marry this activity with more localised support to promote the food and tourism sectors along with developing an approach that is unique to Monmouthshire.The successful party will oversee the delivery of the function and be expected to drive change through the organisation. The opportunity exists to create a unique partnership in order to deliver public services in a very different way. Significant improvements will be required against current performance.
