Provision of a Specialist Assessment Service for Neighbour Nuisance and Antisocial Behaviour.

Portsmouth City Council are looking to award a 3 year contract for the provision of a specialist assessment service for the resolution of neighbourhood nuisance and antisocial behaviour. The contract will have the option to extend for a further 2 years in yearly increments to a maximum contract length of 5 years subject to satisfactory performance. Access to the service will be by referral by Portsmouth City Council Housing Officers.The Council is planning to award this contract by 1.5.2015 with a commencement date of 5.8.2015.
