NHS North East London (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from capable, qualified and interested providers for the provision of a structured 1:1 supervised exercise programme by Level 3 qualified therapists for City and Hackney residents with a disability or long-term condition e.g. reduced mobility, wheelchairs users, limited limb movement in a fully accessible non-standard equipment gym ahead of the upcoming expiry of the existing contract. The contract will be offered for a period of three years (3 years), with an option to extend for an additional 2 year period (5 years in total) at the Authority's sole discretion. Contract annual value £58,539, (£292,695 over 5 years). This EOI process is being managed by Procurement and Contacting Hub, hosted by NHS North East London (NEL), on behalf of the Authority. This is a below threshold procurement which is only open to organisation based in North East London. Organisations outside of North East London are not eligible to submit a quotation for the service.
