TUPE may apply to this contract.Provision of a Supported Living Service for Persons with a Learning Disability consisting of Domiciliary Care/Supported Living (Lot 1) and Intensive 24-hour Supported Housing Service (Lot 2).LOT 1Is for 11 individuals who have a learning disability. The individuals live between two locations within the Neath area. One of the locations encompasses two adjacent three-bed bungalows and the second location is comprised of a five bedded apartment complex.LOT 2The Project will provide 24-hour, planned, housing related support to all 11 individuals. The Project will only support persons with a learning disability, who require support to sustain a tenancy and are also in receipt of a Community or Continuing Health Care funded domiciliary care package. Support will be long-term but time-limited.
