Provision of Abri's "Cook Well, Eat Well" Community Campaign

Descriptions

Abri's community investment team is passionately committed to delivering support to communities across the South of England. Through the feedback from our customers and wider communities, we understand that the cost of living and access to quality, nutritious food can be a significant challenge. In response to this, we have tried and tested many food support projects that not only aim to provide food to communities but also to educate them on basic cooking skills and eating nutritiously on a budget. Among these projects, two have achieved notable success: the "Good Grub Club" and our "Energy Efficient Cooking" courses. The Good Grub Club is designed to engage with children and families to introduce healthy cooking from scratch into the home, whilst Energy Efficient Cooking focusses on adults learning healthy cooking techniques using methods that will save them money. As such, we are seeking local organisations to collaborate with us in spreading our "Cook Well, Eat Well" campaign to local communities, with a particular focus on Abri customers. This opportunity allows for delivering of either one or both of these projects in various locations across Abri's geographical area. If you are a keen and committed local organisation with the skills and capacity to work with communities in implementing cooking based community projects, we'd love to you hear from you through this tender process. Requirements will be issued under the following Lot structure: Lot 1: Energy Efficient Cooking Lot 2: Good Grub Club
