Descriptions
Procurement of AMEX services to accept and process American Express credit card transactions. DVLA requires AMEX to support Electronic Vehicle Licencing (EVL) Web for online transactions and EVL Agent for Contact Centre transactions where the cardholder is not present, these transactions should be authorised and card payments processed. Payments must be processed via 3D Secure Authentication where applicable and payments must be surcharged where applicable.
