We are looking for a suitably experienced provider to provide a service of information, advice and advocacy for physical and/or sensory impaired people and their carers in Pembrokeshire. The provider will also provide a comprehensive information and advice service to third sector organisations and independent agencies in Pembrokeshire where requested.The contract will start on 1st April 2012 and cease on 31st March 2015, however, there is a 24 month option to extend on agreement of both parties.
