The Welsh Government is looking to subscribe to a commercially-produced series of electronic business information factsheets.•Individual factsheets will give guidance on a wide range of general aspects of running a business (e.g. business planning, staff management, marketing), and will also give general information on starting-up in various business sectors•Factsheets will be updated on a regular basis and the supplier(s) will inform the Client about updates in a format which can easily be communicated to clients.•The factsheets will be made available to the Client in a format where the initial tranche and subsequent updates can easily be made available to clients both electronically and hard-copy,•The provider will supply detailed usage information•The supplier will train and support relevant in using the system•Potential suppliers should highlight any licensing requirements limiting usage of the factsheets, e.g. availability by open access/on request only/restrictions on distribution•The Client expects the service to go live on 1 January 2012
