Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (The Contracting Authority)are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide an Online Counselling Service for Younger Persons (11-25) and Adults (26+).Families First is designed to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. It places an emphasis on early intervention, prevention and providing support for whole families, rather than individuals.The Families First Online Counselling Service supports the national aims for Families First to drive improvements in preventative and early interventions in relation to mental health and wellbeing and to reduce the numbers of families developing more complex needs and requiring more intensive and costly interventions.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
