The aim of the service is to deliver all essential, additional and enhanced primary care services to all registered patients at the practice, whilst seeking innovation in the provision of integrated primary care services, which align to both the national and local strategic plans.This contract has been awarded to:Westend Medical Practice T/A WB Medical GroupWestend Medical Practice trading as WB Medical Practice, Westcotes Health Centre, Fosse Road South, Leicester, LE3 0LPThe full contract value for the duration of the contract is £14.3mat 2022/23 prices subject to annual price adjustments.The contract shall be for a term of ten(10) years from the Service start date with the option to extend the term by up to another five (5) years beyond the initial 10-year contracted term at the Commissioner's discretion. The contract start date is 1st of July 2023.
