Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking to appoint an Architect to fulfil the duties of Lead Designer and Architectural Designer for a phased refurbishment project of Pontypool Indoor Market. Consultancy services will be required for RIBA stages A-L.The project proposes the sympathetic restoration and repair of Pontypool Indoor Market, a Grade II Listed Building dating from 1893/4. The site is in the ownership of Torfaen County Borough Council and day to day management of the market is the responsibility of the Pontypool Regeneration Team.
