County Durham and Darlington Services required bean to Cup Coffee Machines and Associated Goods and Services to be supplied to Darlington Memorial Hospital for either the purchase, lease or a free to loan contract. CDD Services were seeking a supplier that could provide 1, 2 or all of the following options;1. Free to Loan — Maintenance and servicing of the machines would remain the sole responsibility of the supplier — CDD Services will purchase consumables from the supplier.2. Lease of Machines — The maintenance and servicing of the machines will be the sole responsibility of the supplier (CDD Services will evaluate submissions for consumable options)3. Purchase of Machines — CDD Services will purchase the machine and require maintenance, servicing and consumable options.
