Torfaen County Borough Council has established a framework of training providers in order to support the delivery of two European Social Fund (ESF) grant funded projects “Bridges into Work 2” and “Working Skills for Adults 2”.The two projects cover a geographical area that includes the counties of Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil and Torfaen.This joint framework covers both projects and is designed to provide a wide variety of training activities predominantly at levels 1 and 2 to learners, improving their employability and increasing their opportunities to progress in the labour market.
