Descriptions
The Service will provide a 24 hour 7 days per week care and support across 3 extra care schemes across West Berkshire. This will include the management and supervision of 3 on-site teams of workers with the necessary skills to provide care and support to meet the needs of Service Users identified in their care and support plans and to respond flexibly to temporary and unpredictable fluctuations in need, and to emergencies as these arise.
