Descriptions
The contract provides a catering service at Police Headquarters, Llangunnor, Carmarthen in the Powys Diner and Pembrokeshire Café. The contract also covers the provision of emergency catering, and catering for planned operations. The contract will provide student meals for officers attending training courses at Police Headquarters (both residential and non-residential) and the supply of buffets, working lunches and refreshments for meetings and seminars that are held at the main Police Headquarters building.The new contract will commence on 29th September 2013 and will run for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further three years, (one, plus one, plus one year) and the extension period will be up to a maximum period of 12 months. This will be reviewed on an annual basis subject to on-going demand and contractor’s performance).
