The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at Grey Court School.There are over 1 000 students in the school aged 11 to 16. A sixth form will open in September 2014 with number rising to 240 students. The School acquired academy status in October 2012.Good food and good customer service are of prime importance as there is local high street competition locally to attract students. Catering staff training and development are also key.The contract will commence in August 2013 for a period of three years, with the option to extend by mutual agreement for a further two years.The Academy expects nil cost catering bids or better as one of their key financial objectives.
