Crown Hills Community College has approximately 1200 students on roll, aged 11-16. The School is moving site to a brand new build on 28.10.2013. The School requires a catering provision to be contracted from from the new build from 28.10.2013. The kitchen design in the new building is complete and innovative ideas surrounding the execution of this service are expected. A new cashless system will also be installed by 28.10.2013.The current catering service for students is provided as such:– breakfast club (30 minutes) in a satellite area,– break time (20 minutes) in the main dining hall,– lunchtime (60 minutes) in the main dining hall.Within the new building, the client would like the new caterer to provide:– a further indoor ‘satellite' catering area,– an outside ‘snack shack'.There are extensive sports facilities within the new building which will be open to the community. There is a further opportunity for catering here.In addition to the above, there is also catering for hospitality.
