Provision of Catering Services.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at Richard Huish College.The requirement is to provide full catering provision for approximately 2000 students teaching and support staff. The current turnover is approximately 325 000 GBP (three hundred and twenty five thousand pounds sterling) over three (3) catering outlets, one outlet is branded as a Costa Coffee.The contract will be for 3 years with a possible 2 year extension starting 1.8.2014The client is keen to retain a branded coffee offer and develop the services with the service provider outside of the core hours of the college.In addition to this the client would like the service provider to support with an investment to upgrade the current facility.For more information on Richard Huish College please visit their website ~ http://www.huish.ac.uk/.
