The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at Tewkesbury School.The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering and vending services within the School, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements.It is expected that the successful contractor will be able to offer both innovation and a new food service offer which meets the needs of the pupils moving forwards into this contract term. The current range of foods need to be expanded along with the service provision and to this end a breakfast service will be required from the commencement of this new contract.The contract currently operates on a subsidy. Free school meals and hospitality will be charged based on consumption and at net food cost. The projected cost of catering for the current year is 16 000 GBP (sixteen thousand pounds sterling) being for free school meals and hospitality provision.The contract being offered is for three years which commences on 1.4.2015 and concludes on 31.3.2018 and will be on a guaranteed performance basis.
