Provision of Cemetery Management System (Cloud Based) for Flintshire County Council

Flintshire County Council manages 15 Cemeteries across the county. We undertake approximately 400 interments per annum within the cemeteries, covering full body and cremated remains. All maintenance activities within the Cemeteries are also managed by our Bereavement Services section. We are looking to engage the market for the supply of a cloud based Cemetery Management System.Flintshire County Council are looking to engage the market for the supply of a Cloud Based Cemetery Management System that can meet the following requirements:- A cloud-based hosted system- Cemetery Management System with Single Operational View for Burials, Cremations, Plot Management, Deed Management, Deceased Records, Diary Management, Work Orders & Permits, Document Management, Risk Assessments, Memorial Management including Safety- Drone Mapping of all Site- Interactive Mapping System providing accurate GPS Point for all plots to with 3 inches accuracy- Overlay of all existing Paper Plans onto Drone Imagery- On Site Grave Verification & Surveying of sites to confirm accuracy of Digital Maps- Remote / On Site Access (via iPads) to include off line access to a records- Public Access Portal to allow for Genealogy requests via dedicated page on FCC Website- Funeral Director & Stone Mason portal to allow for 24/7 bookings of appointments- Management Reporting.
