Provision of Cleaning and Clearing for Various untenanted dwellings and related properties in Torfae
Descriptions
The contract will require the clearance and cleaning of untenanted dwellings prior to work being undertaken to achieve a lettable standard in compliance with the WHQS throughout the Borough of Torfaen. Work will require to be executed in a timely manner and reported to designated person when the job has been completed. All work must be completed as governed by all current legislation and in particular:-Asbestos Awareness certification.Manufacturer data sheets / Chemical Awareness Course.Waste disposal licence / Control of Pollution Act 1989Waste Management Licensing Regulation 1994Health and Safety at Work Act 1974The appointed Contractor(s) will provide on completion a safe working area for tradesman to work in and ensure no exposure to any contagious substances.
