Provision of Cleaning Service for the Development Bank of Wales’ Wrexham Office

The Development Bank of Wales is inviting tenders for daily cleaning of our ground-floor open-plan office space, including meeting rooms, washrooms and kitchen areas. We require daily cleaning, to include supply of cleaning equipment, materials and consumables. At present we have a single cleaning operative who attends site for 3 hours each evening, 5 days a week. We will also require bi-annual carpet cleaning.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
