Provision of Cleaning Services.
Descriptions
The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Richard Huish College with the contract commencing on 1.8.2014. The contract term will be for three (3) years with an option for a further 2 year extension.Cleaning will be required at Richard Huish College for 50 weeks when the College is open, however this tender submission is calculated for a full service for 44 weeks (inclusive of 5 weeks deep clean) and a 50 % reduction service for 6 weeks when the College is not fully utilised.All equipment will be provided by the cleaning contract company.For more information on Richard Huish College please visit their website ~ http://www.huish.ac.uk/.
