Tenders are invited on behalf of SWBH for the Provision of Clinical Pharmacist Support. The Trust is looking to appoint a supplier to provide a clinical pharmacist support service to our general practice patients in extended hour periods. The objective will be to treat patients who have booked an appointment with a clinical pharmacist to address an issue relating to their medication. The Successful Bidder will treat patients by telephone remotely using SystmOne.
