Pembrokeshire Housing Group is looking to appoint suitable cleaning contractors to undertake its Communal Cleaning service, which ranges from small communal areas on housing estates to Sheltered Housing and ‘Homes for Life’ schemes.The Sheltered Housing & Homes for Life areas require a person whose work is to a high standard and who can relate to the needs of the elderly.This tender has been divided into lots dependent on geographical areas of the County and a tenderer is able to either tender for individual lots, several lots or all lots.TUPE will apply to Lot 1 and Lot 2 only.There are 15 lots and a list of these are detailed in the specification section.Further details of areas, standards, frequency of communal cleaning work are provided in the Specification schedule.For any support with this bidding process please get in touch with the Business Wales Tendering Advisors via the Welsh Government's Contact Centre on 03000 603000NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
