Morlais requires to perform Community Engagement & Public relations Activities projectThe key objectives are to:- To continue with communication activities already performed and ensure continued involvement of local communities, local authorities and statutory consultees, which will be required for:- Identifying issues and allowing resolution before submission- Assist local people in understanding the potential and local impact of the project- Ensure relevant information is gathered about the economic, social and environmental impacts- Ensure relevant feedback received is included in project updates and influences outcome- Evolve community support ideas as project progresses to ensure a strategic position is maintained and objectives identified and actioned.The project is to be submitted to Wales National Consenting department under the Transport and Works Act regulations in April 2018 to receive a scoping opinion and the final application is to be submitted by Morlais in July 2019.Support is needed for the Fishing industry, maritime recreational sector, coastal landowners, and business sector.Timescales for the deliverables should be suggested as part of the consultants bid.
