Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) has a requirement for the provision of adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) to all staff involved in planned Use of Force (UOF) incidents.Equipment includes body armor, guards and protectors, fire retardant clothing, gloves, footwear, helmets, batons, shields, handcuffs, kit bags, method of entry equipment, fire extinguishers, PAVA spray and leg restraint belts.This requirement has been separated across 15 Lots.Suppliers may bid for as many or few Lots as they choose.
