Provision of Demountable Classrooms

Descriptions

To supply / deliver / place / fit out for hire, or purchase, a minimum of 7 (maximum of 9) double demountable classroom units spread over a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) separate sites within the boundaries of Cardiff County Council, South Wales, UK as listed below. Hire periods will range from 1 – 3 years (to be agreed). Note that units hired for periods exceeding 24 months and all purchased units must be fully Part L of the Current Building Regulations compliant:-•Ysgol Tan – yr – Eos CF11 8TF (2 double units hire period 24 months)•St Teilo’s C/W High School CF23 9DT (3 double units hire period 24 months)•Ysgol Gynradd Pwll Coch (2 double units hire period 36 months)•Creigau Primary School CF15 9NN (1 double unit – purchase)•Rhydypenau Primary School CF3 5UX (1 double unit – purchase)The provision of all services within and affixed to the units including final connection of mains services supplied by others supplied within the footprint of the buildings (excluding door access and intruder alarm systems – by others).The provision of suitable foundation systems appropriate to the prevailing ground conditions.All other site preparatory works / services supplies outside the footprint of the units to be undertaken by others.
