Opportunity to supply Design and Print Services The Northern Inclusion Consortium (NIC) delivers the Step Forward Tees Valley(SFTV) programme across the Tees Valley Area and aims to support people experiencing barriers and complex needs move closer towards work and training opportunities. As part of their Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Programme in Tees Valley, NIC SFTV are looking to appoint a service provider(s) to support the Communications and Marketing function with their Design and Print Services requirements. The Step Forward Tees Valley programme has recently been extended and this appointment is expected to last for the remaining life of the Programme from April 2020 to 30/6/2022. Any appointment may be extended beyond 30/6/2022 should the programme require further extension. The Design and Print Services required comprise the design, printing and delivery of a range of marketing and communications products, such as leaflets, posters, cards and banners. SFTV believe this requirement to be particularly suitable for SME type organisations residing in the Tees Valley area. Interested parties who believe they have the right skills and experience to deliver customer facing Design and/or Print Services in the Tees Valley and who would like to express an interest in receiving a copy of the tender documents should register their interest as follows: By email To Paul.Dixon@changing-lives.org.uk (on behalf of Northern Inclusion Consortium-SFTV, Programme Office, Darlington). Expressions of interest should be submitted no later than Noon Monday 23 March 2020. You should quote your company name and location, contact name, telephone number and email address and indicate whether it is Design, Print or both services you are interested in supplying. SFTV will review the numbers of expressions of interest received after the closure date and determine next steps. It is anticipated that the invitation to tender or further instructions will be issued electronically on or after Monday 23 March 2020. Any changes to the proposed date or procedures will be notified by email to those parties expressing interest. Award Method The Contracting Authority NIC/SFTV will award any contract based on the most economically advantageous tender taking account of price and quality. Details of the evaluation process will be included in the tender documentation.
