The Canal & River Trust (‘The Client’) are seeking fixed price fee tenders to provide a full architectural service for the redevelopment of the existing boater’s facility building and historic stone mill house building on the outskirts of Llangollen. The site lies within both the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal World Heritage Site, and the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is adjacent to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal Scheduled Monument.
