Provision of direct care and support across four possibly five supported living properties for 13 - 16 people. Creativity, innovation along with experience and knowledge of supporting people with Learning Disabilities and the changing needs of the age group is essential. The tenants in each of the properties have Learning Disabilities and may demonstrate behaviours that challenge services at times. The people at the properties are of a mature age group in the main and services would need to reflect creativity in working with some younger people within the group. The duration of the contract is 3 Years with the option of up to two year extension which is renewable annually.Flintshire County Council will be conducting this tender exercise through the Value Wales eTendering portal.
