Provision of direct care and support across four supported living properties for 11 - 13 people.Creativity, innovation along with experience and knowledge of supporting people with Learning Disabilities and the changing needs of the age group is essential. The tenants in each of the properties have Learning Disabilities and may demonstrate behaviours that challenge services at times. The people at the properties are of a mature age group in the main and services would need to reflect creativity in working with some younger people within the group.The duration of the contract is 3 Years with the option of up to two year extension which is renewable annually.To express your intrest in this contract please email procurement@flintshire.gov.uk by 5pm on Monday 24th February.
