Provision of Domiciliary Care, Housing Related Support, Scheme Management and Related Services for the new Sandy Mount Extra Care Housing Scheme in the Borough of Kirklees. Domiciliary Care Services includes assistance in getting up, washing, dressing, eating and drinking, assistance with mobility and practical support tasks. The range of Services also includes provision of Housing Related Support Services and the provision of Scheme Management including day to day operational management of the Extra Care housing scheme. The Related Services include provision of a programme of social and leisure activities.
