Provision of Domiciliary Care within Seven Supported Living Services on the Isle of Wight.

The Isle of Wight Council invited Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Services for people with a learning disability, supporting them in all aspects of their daily lives. This includes daily living activities such as cooking and cleaning, personal care, community access and the implementation of personal health care plans to manage individuals' physical, emotional and behavioural needs.This tender specifically relates to the provision of Domiciliary Care and not the provision of accommodation.The contract is to run from 1.11.2015 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council.The tender is divided into 3 lots:— Lot 1 — Tenants at Reeve Court;— Lot 2 — Tenants at Westhorpe;— Lot 3 — Tenants at Greengates (96 Monkton Street); 41 Newport Road; 8 Winton Street; 17 Newport Road and 1 Heath Road.
