Descriptions
Conwy County Borough Council, Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council wish to invite tenders for an Electoral Management System to be in place by the end of January 2012.The Authorities wish to secure a system for each Authority that is fit for purpose and the innovative system will develop with the changes in legislation and be able to cope with individual registration and combined elections. The system will also need to address the Authorities responsibilities under the Welsh Language Act and be able to accommodate cross boundary working. The contract will be for 3-5years (to be confirmed) with the option to extend.
