The Council has a requirement for their Employment Sites Supply and Market Appraisal to be reviewed and updated and intends to appoint experienced consultants to carry out this work. It is envisaged that a multi-disciplinary team will be required that will include: planning, property, economic development and market analysis expertise.The provision of quality sites and premises is a mechanism used to diversify and strengthen the business environment of the County Borough.
