Provision of English for Speakers of Other Languages for the Lancashire Refugee Resttlement Programm

Lancashire County Council have a requirement to appoint an economic operator to a Framework Agreement for the provision of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) for the Lancashire Refugee Resettlement Programme. The Initial term of the Framework Agreement is two (2) years and this maybe extended beyond the Initial Term by a further period or periods up to a maximum of two (2) years in addition to the Initial Term.Lancashire's Local Authorities have agreed to resettle up to 575 refugees under the Syrian Resettlement Programme (SRP).Most families will be arriving in July each year from 2017 to 2019, but some may arrive at other times. In addition, this Service is also expected to provide ESOL for the second year of resettlement of those arriving from July 2017, which means that, typically, learners will receive 2 years of ESOL as part of this Service.
