Cwm Taf University Health Board (CTUHB) are seeking to procure an E-Rostering & E-Job Planning Solution for Medical Staff.Cwm Taf University Health Board are looking to improve utilisation of staff and reduce variable pay such that we have a fair, equitable and transparent process, which allows us to manage resources more effectively and to improve services to patients. CTUHB are therefore seeking to procure a hosted web based service to manage the development and e-sign off of Medical Job Plans and on-call rotas with the main deliverables being to:1.Produce robust and integrated rotas to ensure optimum levels of correctly skilled staff are available at all times, incorporating all idiosyncrasies2.Record / Manage annual, study, professional & sick leave for all users3.Monitor the completion of job planning process including reminders and e-sign off4.Record & produce data, for appraisal, job planning and revalidation processes5.Provide administration/performance reports to monitor compliance against service delivery plans, sickness absence etc.6.Allow users remote access.
