To provide the council with a framework of Providers, for all External printing service requirements, including install of advertising signs and a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Service for the Councils in-house print and mailing facility. The procurement route has not yet been confirmed but it is likely to either be via an Open Tender or a Competitive Flexible Procedure.
