To protect the structural integrity of non traditional Wimpey No Fines constructed properties and improve thermal efficiency of the properties.The properties would also remain hard to heat and contribute to fuel poverty and increased emissions. Properties in the North are 2 and 4 storey flats (up to 11 Blocks) and up to 173 Houses.The specific Objectives are:-•To improve U Values and protect structural integrity to approx 330 properties•Improve the appearance of the properties and neighbourhood•Decrease energy consumption and carbon emissions• To provide Community benefits in the form of additional local jobs, training and Community Involvement opportunities Properties are occupied and Contractor should take all Health and Safety aspects into account and in particular . All work must be completed as governed by all current legislation.Anticipated commencement will be July 2010 and completion 6 months after this date.
