To protect and add waterproof protection to the external skin of properties, in complying with WHQS standardsThe specific Objectives are:-•To improve U Values and protect structural integrity to approx 200 properties•Improve the appearance of the properties and neighbourhood•Decrease energy consumption and carbon emissions• To provide Community benefits in the form of additional local jobs, training and Community Involvement opportunities Properties are occupied and Contractor should take all Health and Safety aspects into account and in particular . All work must be completed as governed by all current legislation.Anticipated commencement will be July 2010 and completion 36 weeks after this date.
