The appointment of a single service provider to deliver Facilities Management Services for the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland. Services to be supplied are janitorial, cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality catering, waste removal and disposal, and mechanical and electrical maintenance services. The Contract shall commence on 1.4.2015 and be for an initial duration of 36 months with the option to extend the Contract for up to a maximum of 24 months.
