Provision of Family Hub Services to deliver Early Help Family Support Services in Hull. The project shall ensure the continuation of open access Family Hub services for the following wards with Hull; Newland & Beverley, Bricknell, Avenues, Central, Southcoates East, Holderness, Newington & Gipsyville and St Andrews & Docklands wards. Family Hubs are a core part of the City's Early Help Delivery Model for children, young people and their families' targeting services for the most vulnerable children and families and integration into the broader Early Help locality delivery model, working collaboratively with other services to support families.
