In line with DCC's website hosting strategy, the intention is that this website is brought in house in the next few years, therefore it would not be viable to go out to market for a short term contract. If this strategy changes, this contract would require competitive re procurement. Funding for Food Festivals are also being reviewed on a yearly basis and therefore there is uncertainty of the long term need for this website.
