Descriptions
The University of Durham requires a contract for the Provision of Fresh and Frozen Meat and Poultry. The intention is to award the contract as a sole supplier framework agreement. The contract will initially be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years on a year by year basis (2 + 1 + 1). The extension will be based on performance and requirements.The appointed supplier must be able to supply a range of products to meet the diverse needs from routine cafeteria food to high kudos events.
