PROVISION OF FUEL AGENCY CARDS - EAST AND WEST SOVEREIGN BASE AREAS, BRITISH FORCES CYPRUS

Descriptions

The Authority has a requirement for a three (3) year enabling contract for the provision of Fuel Agency Cards and associated services for the East Sovereign Base Area (ESBA) and West Sovereign Base Area (WSBA) to draw fuel from roadside sales outlets 265 days of each year and 24 hours a day. Two (2) further irrevocable option periods each of one (1) year are required. Predominantly Agency Fuel Cards will provide redundancy to the military station fuel infrastructure. Availability of fuel in the immediate vicinity of each station is required (Akrotiri, Episkopi, Dhekelia and Ayios Nikolaos) as well as more widely throughout the Republic of Cyprus. Euro Unleaded 95; Euro Diesel 2005 and Kerosine will be required. The requirement centres on the need for drivers of vehicles to simply fill up at the filling station and present a card to enable a transaction.
