The Trust is seeking a single provider for the provision of funeral services including the supply of coffins, chaplaincy services and transportation services. The cost for the supply of mortuary/ storage units for normal, bariatric and super bariatric requirements. will be sought. The successful supplier will have all relevant consents, authorisations, licenses and accreditations required to provide Funeral/Mortuary/ Chaplaincy/ Transport Services.
