SBHA invites organisations who can demonstrate technical ability, skill and experience of Gas and Non Gas Audit Services. As a responsible Registered Social Landlord SBHA considers the safety of residents to be of the highest importance and therefore these Auditing Services are paramount. The Service Requirement details are set out in the Specification of Requirements document, and include Auditing of all Domestic Servicing, New Installations and Commercial Gas Servicing. All staff working on this contract MUST have undergone Basic Disclosure checks, these will be validated at the outset of the Mobilisation Period
